The hardest part is getting web traffic (buyers) to your website/ eStore and convincing them to make a purchase.

They charge sellers fees for the privilege of selling on their site. You have to do the calculations to decide whether or not the fees are worth it. However, you do stand a better chance of making more sales with them and their high traffic than being out in cyberspace on your own.
